A club builds its pattern.
Opening days, SLT hours, set lengths, role requirements, and manager coverage become a reusable template.

HostArtists generates dated periods.
A weekly, biweekly, monthly, or manually chosen release period gets real occurrences that can be edited without rewriting the template.

The club chooses who can fill it.
Club managed, Self booking, or Reservation with approval determines what an open position means.

People are assigned to role requirements.
A DJ, Host, Live Singer, or Manager can be assigned to the correct lane. A long Manager shift can span several performer sets.

Rules and availability are checked.
Capacity, deadlines, weekly limits, existing HostArtists assignments, and blocking personal calendar entries are considered before a claim or approval.

The confirmed set appears everywhere it should.
The club programme, the performer calendar, public profiles when appropriate, and relevant notifications stay aligned.
When the night changes
The recurring plan stays intact.
Edit a single occurrence, call out one permanent edition, assign a replacement, or leave a position open. Future weeks do not silently change.
